Be Balanced

It is important to have a balanced life - to balance your work and play, to balance your family time versus alone time. To feel balanced in the mind, body and spirit as if we are balanced, centred and grounded, we are better able to deal with life’s stresses – as let’s face it, life can be a challenge. Always something to do, someone to see, someone to feed (whether emotionally or with food!), work to do, animals to attend to, gardens to weed – life is busy. So it’s more important than ever to maintain a good balance in life. Doing the things you need to do to while moving towards your life purpose.

Here are some tips on how to keep your balance:

  1. Take time out for yourself daily – whether it is spending an hour reading, going for a walk, meditating, sitting under a tree or in the garden

  2. Remember to Breathe! If you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, take a couple of moments to take some deep breaths

  3. Visualise yourself cool, calm and collected – close your eyes for a few moments and see yourself how you would like to be – take note of how it feels to be living your full potential

  4. Have fun! It is important to ensure you fit fun into your life no matter what. If you are on the path of following your hearts desires, work will also be fun.

There are a few simple Kinesiology tools which will hugely assist in the way you deal with life and your reaction to life. Allowing you to let go of any past issues, ready to focus on the new and fresh.

  • Switching on your Brain to ensure that all sides (left, right, top, bottom, front, back) are being used to their full capacity. Sometimes there are issues that stop the brain from being utilised correctly.

  • The Basics of Muscle Testing – if you can muscle test then you can test different Emotions to give yourself a deeper understanding of any blockages.

  • Integration of the Left & Right side of the Brain – for co-ordination and pain relief.

  • Meridian Massage – meridians are the energy pathways in the body and by creating an even flow of energy through these meridians, it will do wonders for your energy and wellbeing.

  • Neuro-Vasular Wheel balance – these points on your head relate to each meridian and bring blood flow to the surface – a great stress release.

  • Neuro-Emotional Wheel balance – these points also relate to each meridian and are tender to rub. The more tender, the more stuck emotions you need to release.

  • Benefit of doing it at home – receive the meridian, neuro-vasular and neuro-emotional balances so you can continue at home and over the holiday period.

Please contact me for further information on these techniques and my workshop timetable so you can do these for yourself!
