Terms and Conditions for Kimberley Jade Pipe from Jade Energies

Cancellation Policy for all services offered by Jade Energies

Please note no cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment.

No shows and cancellations made under the required 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Appointment cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, you are allowed to reschedule your appointment within 1 week of your cancelled appointment.

Missed appointments: 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Online Bookings & Payments

Please book your appointment via Kimberley’s web calendar at www.jadeenergies.com. Full payment is required at the time of booking any services of Kimberley Jade Pipe. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer the appropriate bank account details will be provided by Kimberley via e-mail communication. Any payment plans agreed to by both parties need to be adhered to and payments need to be made on the agreed date/s of the set payment plan. Failure to make payment of any services at least 24 hours prior to your appointment can result in cancellation of your appointment.

Month to Month Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You agree to subscribe to this membership for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months. Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice during the 3 month period and until you cancel after the 3 month period. You authorise us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), every month upon renewal until you cancel.

We may change your plan’s rate each monthly renewal term and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable VAT or GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-month term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan on your next billing date.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorise us to charge any other payment method provided by you. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment or if all payment methods in your account fail, we will suspend your subscription and remove you.

Cancellation of Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription via e-mailing your request to cancel. Any payments made by you is strictly non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. No refunds will be given if you choose to leave the private group or is asked to leave due to breaking group rules or unethical behaviour.

For European Economic Area customers, your bank may require you to authenticate your initial purchase using a password, a one-time code sent to your mobile number or biometric recognition. When you authenticate, you also authorise us to charge your payment method for your additional purchases without providing us further payment information or other instructions (i.e., we will initiate future payments independently). Such additional purchases may occur when we automatically charge your payment method in connection with a recurring subscription or when you add or change licences or products.

Annual Membership Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You agree to subscribe to this membership for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months. You will be charged, in one lump sum, the annual rate stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes. Your subscription will automatically renew on your annual renewal date until you cancel via e-mailing kimberley@jadeenergies.com and advising us that you wish to cancel. You authorise us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every year until you cancel. No refunds will be given if you choose to leave the private group or is asked to leave due to breaking group rules or unethical behaviour.

Right to Terminate

Kimberley Jade Pipe reserve the right to terminate or restrict use of any of her services.

Limitation of Use

You must be 18 years or older to use my services, unless accompanied by or I have current valid written approval from an approved guardian(s) and/or parent(s). While individuals under the age of 18 may utilise the services, they may do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, under such persons responsibility and otherwise subject to these Terms of Use.

Energy Healing Disclaimer

Energy Healing treatments can be performed in person at Kimberley’s clinic in Mahurangi West – Auckland, via phone or Zoom video link.

Healing or energy clearing done on video via the Jade Energies Facebook page and Facebook live is on an open forum and open to the public or in an agreed closed members group.

As an Energy Healer Kimberley Jade Pipe assists to improve energetic imbalances in a client’s subtle energy structures that allow the body to release, enable and activate its own innate healing ability. When the subtle energy of the body is balanced and moving correctly, the body’s innate natural energy heals itself.  All healing is self-activated.

Energy Healing is a hands-on natural healing system of energy balancing for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation only.

​

Energy Healing is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. Always consult your health care professional or General Practitioner first.

Energy Healing Practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, nor do they perform medical treatment, prescribe substances or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

​

Energy Healing is meant only to compliment medical treatments and not to replace them.

​

I strongly recommended you see a licensed physician, GP or other licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment whether it be acute or chronic that you may be suffering from or suspect that you may have.

In no event can Kimberley Jade Pipe from Jade Energies or their Associates and any third parties be liable in any way directly or indirectly for damages resulting from information or data provided or for the loss of profits or loss of health and  through the use or misuse of said information and data, either via its use, membership of any Energy Healing Institutes or ANZCAL Life Coaching, negligence or other actions.

You accept fully, by using the services of Kimberley Jade Pipe through a direct or indirect request for a healing of any kind, the following; all Kinesiology or Sentaura Healing treatments and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement. For legal reasons we have to advise you that any information provided during your treatment is Kimberley’ opinion only and provided as a guidance only.

Intuitive Readings Disclaimer

Readings can be performed in person, via Skype, Phone or Zoom link. By paying, booking or accepting a reading or service from Kimberley Jade Pipe, you agree that the messages passed on to you are not a substitute for advice and treatment from any medical, financial, business, psychological, legal or other professional. Any information regarding a professional matter is for general information purposes only and you are to always request advice from a qualified professional.

A Healer and Psychic’s ethics vary from reader to reader and are usually bestowed upon the reader by their spirit guides. Mine have been outlined below, and I must follow these ethics in order to maintain my work with spirit.

You are welcome to take notes during readings, healing sessions or coaching, no recordings please. ​I will not predict death. This includes end of life death dates, miscarriages, abortions, stillbirths, your own death, someone else’s death or death of an animal or other living being.

I respect readings from other psychics and mediums

​Psychic and mediumship work is done through interpretation. If you think another reader has interpreted a message in a different way and you want clarification, please go back to them as I will not be able to provide clarification on their interpretation and message. Working in the light requires respect and honesty from all parties.

I cannot harm anyone with my readings, energy clearing or healing sessions

​I am a master healer and a channel for you to receive pure healing energy and an intuitive reader and give only intuitive guidance as provided by my and your spirit team. I am able to connect with loved ones in spirit on occasions and will make it known to you if I feel this is for your highest good. I will not give you information on another person if I feel it will harm them or you. I am not able to predict the future and don’t feel this is right as you always have a choice to change your future. I will not predict lottery numbers or talk about any money matters which might harm you or someone else. During energy clearing sessions we look at past lives and current life situations and will intuitively remove energy blocks which is no longer for your greatest good – energy clearing sessions do not alter your mind or any timelines, it simply helps to remove the emotional attachment from your energy system and brings more clarity to a situation, providing more space for you to make clear decisions about your life. All lessons and experiences are kept in place.

​I can only recommend my services, I will never force you

​Forcing someone to sign up for services in my mind is unethical. I will never push you to book one of my services, as a coach, healer and intuitive working with spirit I can only recommend – the final choice whether you want to take up or continue with any of my services is always your own.

Your reading will remain confidential

​Details of your reading, service or other purchase will never be disclosed to a third party. All services and readings remain confidential unless you state otherwise. Online readings and Facebook lives or videos are performed on an open forum, so are open to the public and the only exception to this rule. By commenting your name or following the instructions outlined in the post on a Facebook live you are agreeing to have a public reading.

I will only perform honest and truthful readings

I won’t be able to continue my work with spirit if my work was not always honest and ethical. ​This is important to remember if you are wanting a particular answer to a question. My interpretation of my intuitive guidance is just that, an interpretation and my opinion. My opinion should in no way be used to manipulate, influence or twist any situation or any person or be used as medical advice. Always seek the advice of medical professionals in all circumstances.

Life Coaching Disclaimer

As you embrace the process of changes can easily occur and therefore your full participation during and after the sessions supports you to your outcome. It is your commitment to your goals that will allow them to happen.

You acknowledge and understand that as a Life Coach I am in no way a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or registered health professional and that our sessions together do not replace in any way or form any required medical treatment. If you are medical or psychiatric care for reasons relating to your coaching, now or any in time in the future you will need to provide written acknowledgement from your Doctor before coaching can proceed or continue.

As part of my services I might make notes. These will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any 3rd party person without your permission unless I deem the situation an emergency. In relations to the law I do have an obligation to speak to a 3rd party if I believe a serious crime has been committed or harm to yourself of another person was caused or is likely to be caused.

Each session’s time will be determined by us both prior to commencement. These sessions are important to you achieving the outcome you have set for yourself. To ensure they have the best impact for you please arrive on time for each appointment.

Your appointment is confirmed by prior payment of your session or by agreed payment plan. All sessions will be paid at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
