In a session with me, you will experience both Kinesiology and Sentaura Healing. I have merged both these powerful modalities to create a completely unique healing session.

WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?

'Kinesiology is a simple non-invasive system of bringing about balance in all areas of your life, structurally, biochemically and emotionally'.

By combining principles of Eastern and Western medicine, Kinesiology uses muscle testing as a communication tool to assess energy imbalances within the body, then a range of over 300 options which are gentle yet powerful techniques, are applied to create balance within the body’s meridian system.

Kinesiology helps your body to restore balance, dissolve the stress in your system by finding the source of the stress and helping your body return to a healthy balanced state. It can also help you become more aware of the underlying factors causing your stress and help you to take positive actions to reduce the stress in your life.

MUSCLE TESTING

Everything you have experienced through your entire life is stored in what is called cellular/muscle memory. Also stored with the experiences are the related emotions and stresses that occur simultaneously.

Muscle testing obtains a neurological response that leads to the source or trigger of the problem and in turn directs to the solutions to correct the ‘imbalances’ in the body.

In a Kinesiology session, muscle testing is used by using a muscle as an 'indicator muscle' to indicate where the stresses are in the body. Enabling a feedback mechanism from the body to enable the innate to communicate the healing required.

SABOTAGE CLEARING

One of my passions is clearing old belief systems that are holding you back from achieving what it is you want in your life. These belief systems are created when we are younger and stories are created from events that have happened.

We live our life according to these perceptions we have created and if our sub-conscious believes these perceptions - it will do what it can to keep us safe and not go beyond this perception.

What Kinesiology can assist with is to re-program your subconscious to believe the positive, rather than the negative, which gives you ease and FREEDOM to do what you desire.

What is Sentaura Cosmic Ascension Energy Healing?

I am a Sentaura Healing Practitioner and Cosmic Alchemist of Light.

Sentaura is one of the most powerful modalities I have ever encountered, so of course, I needed to study it and use it for my clients!

Sentaura is a multi-dimensional ancient creator frequency and a stream of pure source and higher consciousness here to educate, assist with the awakening, activation, healing, ascension and evolution of humanity and our Earth during the Golden Age of Gaia and the Age of Aquarius.

Sentaura works alongside the Seraphim Diamond Light (Crystalline and Golden Light) and Crystal Light Body Technology as an advanced and multi-dimensional energy healing system to pin point specific parts of your body for healing, enhancement and activation.

Sentaura works in co-creation with Mother Gaia, elementals, Keepers of the Earth and other Cosmic Beings and Councils of Light to help restore balance and harmony to humanity and our planet for the highest good.

Working with Cosmic beings, my Guides (including the Pleaidians and Arcturians) and sacred architect geomentry. It can also include Animal Communication and Readings / Channels. I talk with Spirit, the Angel Federation, Seraphim Angels your Higher Self and Personal Guides to answer any questions you have about your life. I also give messages back to you to support your growth.

Since I was a child, I had angels come to me. I used to sit in the garden and talk to fairies, they were my friends. I am strongly connected to the fairy and elemental realm. I love assisting others with their life by gaining knowledge, soul connections and giving affirmations to assist you to grow and be where you need and want to be in life.

What is a session like?

You will feel Sentaura as a warm golden energy stream into your body. I will be guided by Sentaura during the whole session and I will speak light language, move my hands above the body or place my hands on the body, I will also sometimes move around the body (if in person).
